1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales on the eyesensecare.com website (hereinafter "the Site"). By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter "the Customer") unreservedly accepts the terms of the GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, within the limits of available stocks. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the products chosen correspond to his expectations.

3. Price

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the order and are specified before the order is validated. Prices may be modified at any time, but the price applicable to the order is the one in effect at the time the order is validated by the Customer.

4. Order

The order is placed on the Site. The Customer chooses their products, adds them to their basket, then validates their order by following the ordering process. The order is confirmed when the Customer receives a confirmation email.

Withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from receipt of the products. The product must be returned in its original condition, and the return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method available on the Site. The total amount of the order is debited at the time of order validation. The Site uses security systems to guarantee the security of online payments.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen, and are indicated at the time of ordering. The Site cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

In the event of damage or missing product, the Customer must report these incidents within 48 hours of receiving the order.

7. Guarantees

The products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defect, the Customer may return the product according to the terms indicated in the "Withdrawal" or "Returns" section.

8. Intellectual property

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no amicable solution is found, the competent court will be that of Nîmes, France.

12. Modification of the T&Cs

The Site reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be posted on the Site and will come into force upon publication.
